Mt 25:23 : His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things,
I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord

Salvation

Some people think salvation is something only theologians  can comprehend. God's
plan of salvation is simple enough for everyone to understand. Salvation is a free gift of
eternal life that Jesus Christ gave us for dying for our sins. It is given to all who will
repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.

What is the result of sin? In Romans 6:23 we read "The wages of sin is death...."
Everyone of us has missed God's mark and fallen short of being perfect. We can not
earn salvation by good works for the Bible says we must be saved by grace. What must
a person do to accept this gift? We must come to Jesus Christ alone and become born
again. If you are sincere about this, and are ready to accept Jesus it only takes a small
step out: Please read the following prayer out loud:

Jesus, have mercy on me. I confess my sins. I thank you for dying on the cross and
rising from the dead for me. I ask you to forgive me and cleanse me from my
unrighteousness. Make me the person you want me to be, the person You have
purposed me to be. Right now, I turn from my sins and open my heart to You Lord. I
accept you as my personal Lord and Saviour. I dedicate my life to You and vow to live
according to Your word. Thank You for giving me a second chance - Let your Spirit and
Word reign in my life, I rise above the past, I rise above my problems as I hand them to
You. Lord, I rise up now to serve You the rest of my life. I ask all of this in Jesus' name,
AMEN.

If you just prayed that prayer and really meant it, Jesus has now taken residence in
your heart! Not only that He has forgiven you of your sins, the Bible tells us "If we
confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from
unrighteousness" (1John 1:9). You need to take some practical steps to grow strong in
the Lord. Purchase and read the Bible as it is God's Living word and a road map for
you. Pray and attend a church to worship Him. If you do not currently attend church -
don't wait to be invited, take a step out in faith and be prepared to receive many
Blessings God has in Store for You.
